本应用不构成任何形式的投资、财务或税务建议。本应用展示的行情、汇率及其他市场相关信息来自第三方数据源或公开接口，可能存在延迟、遗漏或不准确。您应自行判断并承担投资风险。
当前版本不要求您注册或登录账户。我们不会因使用本应用而在我们的服务器上为您创建用户账号（除非我们日后推出相关功能并更新本政策）。
在默认情况下，您的资产与记账相关数据（例如资产条目、持仓与交易/余额流水、用于展示的净值或快照类数据等）主要保存在您的设备本地存储中。此外，本应用可能在本机保存应用偏好设置（例如默认展示货币、界面主题/配色等），以提供一致的使用体验。
请您了解：上述本地数据可能随应用卸载、系统清理或设备损坏而丢失；请您自行做好备份（例如使用本应用提供的导出能力，若可用）。
为实现行情、汇率、标的联想/映射等功能，本应用需要从您的设备向互联网上的第三方服务发起请求。此类请求通常由第三方根据其服务条款与隐私政策进行处理，并可能涉及例如：IP 地址、请求时间、以及您为搜索或查询而输入的代码、名称或关键词等。我们不会将您的完整本地账本内容上传至我们的服务器用于上述基础功能（在我们未提供云同步或账号体系的前提下）。
我们当前实际调用的第三方接口与用途如下（将随版本迭代更新）：
EXPO_PUBLIC_MARKET_PROXY_ORIGIN 时，应用仅向该域名请求国际标的联想与报价；该代理服务端可能再请求
Twelve Data（api.twelvedata.com） 等上游，Twelve 的 API Key 由代理托管、不会内嵌在 App 安装包中；
上述第三方对您的请求独立负责其隐私实践；我们不控制也不代表这些服务。我们建议您阅读它们各自的官方政策。
在符合本应用当前版本实现的前提下，我们不将您的个人账本用于个性化广告；不将您的应用内数据出售给数据经纪人。若我们未来引入分析或崩溃统计等工具，我们将在本政策中更新说明，并在必要时根据平台要求征求同意。
在符合本应用当前版本实现的前提下，本应用不请求访问您的相机、相册、通讯录、精确地理位置等敏感权限（若未来功能需要，我们将更新本政策并在系统中说明用途）。
本应用并非面向 13 岁以下儿童。若您作为家长或监护人，认为儿童向我们提供了信息，请通过本政策末尾的联系方式与我们联系，我们将依适用法律处理。
在您使用本应用期间，本地数据将保留在您的设备上。您可通过以下任一方式删除数据：
如您已订阅 Assetup Pro，订阅状态由 Apple App Store 与 RevenueCat 记录；您可通过「设置 › Apple ID › 订阅」随时取消订阅。卸载应用不会自动取消订阅。
我们会采取合理措施保护应用与数据处理安全，但无法保证绝对安全。请您妥善保管设备、系统密码与备份。

Welcome to Assetup (the “App”). Assetup is a utility app for personal asset tracking, net worth display, and market information reference. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be processed when you use the App and the choices available to you. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App does not provide investment, financial, or tax advice. Market data, FX rates, and other information may be obtained from third-party sources or public APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
The current version of the App does not require registration or sign-in. We do not create a user account on our servers solely because you use the App (unless we introduce such features in the future and update this Policy).
By default, your asset and bookkeeping-related data (such as asset entries, holdings, transaction/cash ledgers, and snapshot-related data used for display) is stored locally on your device. The App may also store preferences (such as default display currency and theme/color settings).
Please note: local data may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear storage, or if the device is damaged. Please maintain your own backups (including using export features if available).
To provide quotes, FX rates, symbol search/mapping, and related features, the App may send requests from your device to third-party services on the internet. Those services may process information such as IP address, request timestamps, and search queries (e.g., tickers or names you type). We do not upload your full local ledger to our servers for these basic features (as long as we do not offer cloud sync or an account system).
The third parties we currently call (subject to change across versions) include:
EXPO_PUBLIC_MARKET_PROXY_ORIGIN is set in the build, the App calls only that origin for international symbol search and quotes; the proxy server may then call upstream providers such as
Twelve Data (api.twelvedata.com). The Twelve API key is kept on the proxy and is not embedded in the App bundle;
We do not control third-party privacy practices. We encourage you to review their official policies.
Based on the current implementation, we do not use your personal ledger for personalized advertising and do not sell your in-app data to data brokers. If we introduce analytics or crash reporting in the future, we will update this Policy and obtain consent where required.
Based on the current implementation, the App does not request sensitive permissions such as camera, photo library, contacts, or precise location (if future features require permissions, we will update this Policy and explain the purpose in the system prompt).
The App is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us using the email below and we will handle the request in accordance with applicable laws.
Local data remains on your device until you delete it. You can remove data in the following ways:
If you subscribe to Assetup Pro, your subscription is managed by the Apple App Store and recorded by RevenueCat. You can cancel at any time under Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel an active subscription.
We take reasonable measures to protect the App and related processing; however, no method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. Please protect your device, passcodes, and backups.
If you are located in different jurisdictions, your rights may vary. You may contact us using the email below to submit privacy-related requests, subject to applicable law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will update the Last updated date and/or provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
